Individual Personal Training

Receive the greatest level of personal and specialized attention possible. As a Power-Plus Fitness client you will enjoy:

  • Unlimited use of the Power-Plus Fitness Studio II, complete with treadmill, Power-Tower, abdominal equipment and stretch table.

30 Minute Power-Fit

An intense combination of cardiovascular and strength training efficiently designed into a thirty minute workout program.  This is a great option if you desire a focused and specialized program to fit your busy schedule.  Fitness assessment, goal and intention setting and nutrition basics included. Minimum 2x per week.

Ten pre-paid sessions - $45

Small Group Training

Benefit from the motivation and support of a small group.  I will design an effective and energizing workout that encompasses individual and group supported exercises.   This is an excellent health-conscious activity that can be shared with your spouse or partner, friends, and coworkers.  Don’t expect to get lost in the crowd.  A high level of personal attention is assured.  Put together a small group. It’s a great way to share the cost.

Pairs, per hour session - $60 per person
Threes, per hour session - $50 per person
(based on ten pre-paid sessions)

Online Training

Consider the new concept in personal fitness training… online personal training.    Fitness assessments, goals and intention setting, set up of home gym and nutrition consultation all take place online.  An individualized fitness program will be emailed or faxed with easy to follow instructions and pictures.  For the next 30 days you will “meet” with your trainer for a scheduled weekly updates via email, instant message or over the phone.  Therefore, there is no drop in motivation or accountability.  Also, enjoy UNLIMITED virtual access to your trainer for questions, comments and concerns.  This is an excellent alternative for the busy professional or those who like to take things at their own pace.

M-Power Fitness Series

Join our four-week fitness intensive.  This series approaches fitness from a more holistic perspective.  Through physical and mental exercises we build the outer and inner strength necessary to live a more vibrant and centered life.  Making the mind-body connection is an excellent approach to move beyond those feeling of being “stuck”.  Meditation, visioning, movement, affirmation and of course exercise, are tools utilized during this series.  No more than 10 participants per group.  See EVENTS for dates and times. 

BOOT CAMP

This six and eight-week Saturday intensive is designed especially for those who enjoy group training in the outdoors and indoors. Workouts will include challenging yet fun exercise drills, plyometrics and calisthenics that build strength and agility with the small dose of competition. We will jog, jump, squat, lung, climb and throw our way into well-defined and powerful bodies. Unleash hidden sources of strength and increase stamina. All level are encouraged to attend.
